Meet Our team

Joe brings decades of leadership and hands-on manufacturing expertise to the Artisan Cable System team. He began his career with AlphaTech in 1998 as Operations Manager and quickly advanced to the role of President, where he now also oversees financial strategy and performance.

A graduate of Appalachian State University, Joe started his professional journey as a designer with a regional automation company, specializing in the development of automated resistance welding systems. He combines a strong foundation in business and design with more than 35 years of real-world manufacturing experience, allowing him to effectively support both customers and internal teams while driving operational excellence and innovation.

Mark plays a critical role in driving production excellence at Artisan Cable System. As Senior Account Manager, he oversees all manufacturing operations—from high-efficiency “lights-out” production runs to low-volume sample projects—ensuring consistent quality and on-time delivery. He is also responsible for planning and procuring materials to keep CNC operations running at peak performance.

With more than 40 years of experience in manufacturing, Mark brings deep, hands-on knowledge to every aspect of production. He began his career as a machine operator and quickly advanced into supervisory leadership roles. Mark originally joined the Alphatech team to manage a complex electrical project acquired from a large multinational company, and his expertise was instrumental in securing the contract. His commitment to execution—combined with the company’s proven approach to doing business—helped win and successfully deliver the project.
